Fragrance Hotel - Lavender

Staff. Very helpful and courteous.

No mini fridge in room. Could not keep cold drinks. We stayed 2 nights so a mini fridge would have been very useful.

Location, cost and friendly staff

I did not like that there was not a separate shower, so the toilet would get wet when I showered.

I like nothing about Fragrance Hotel Lavender.

Firstly, I paid more than 3 Hundred Dollars for a room which when I arrived there my wife and I had to wait about 2 Hours to check in as we were told that the door the room that had been allocated to us was faulty and technicians were looking into the matter.Secondly,my wife and I went out for supper and when upon returning to the room, we had been told that we had to wait downstairs at the lobby for one of the cleaners to finish cleaning the room so that he can bring my wife and me to our room to help us open our room door with a key as the door of our room was still faulty and need a key to open it as the card to open the door was not working due to the faulty door.Lastly, even after paying more than 3 Hundred Dollars, my wife and I check out the hotel that night after being there for only about 5 hours.Fragrance Hotel Lavender was absolutely a terrible hotel. I urge other travellers not to come to Fragrance as it is absolutely a terrible and Horrendous place.

The cleaning cart was just outside our room and it was never removed there that we have to always pass by it everytime we go out.

Location is excellent, you can reach shopping malls and centres very easliy.

Room is too small for double. You don't have enough space to keep the laugauge.

Tv, bathroom, all are good. The mirror lighting is my first time seeing it.

Rill and his female partner at the reception they are so helpful, accomodating and so kind to answer questions.

Loud hallway.Hotel its like a hotel for sexual site where most of the clients were partners checking in per hour., And you could hear people next door.

I did not like anything about the hotel

This hotel is not for family stay. Mostly couples and prostitutes book the rooms on per hour basis. This place is not suitable for family…

The location is good.Close to 7-11.

Air conditioner is dirty. Room is too small. No refrigerator. No microwave. Some rooms have no window. One staff service is poor.

AC works very well, aside from that they do cleaning everyday and refills of bottled water for drinking.

There was a smell of smoke in the lobby and the rooms we stayed was a bit smaller than expected.

Everything was so bad. Rooms were really small and dirty. Washroom didn't had push shower. The corridor was very dirty, had liter everywhere. Washroom was very dirty. Had to check out ASAP and change my hotel. Didn't get any refund.

Its close to Lavender MRT

The room was not cleaned properly.Under the fitted sheet there was obviously a plastic to cover the mattress, it did not feel nice to sleep on.The price I paid on booking was too high for such a small and uncomfortable room.

We had to get breakfast from a nearby market foodcourt. Location was good and not noisy. The front desk staff were polite and helpful. Would have been nice if there was a mini refrigerator provided in the rooms.
